An extremely complete tool, it saves a lot of time in content creation. I had a question and the customer service is fast and friendly. I like the results I'm currently getting; the fact that I can feed the system through URLs is something I love; I just identify the topic I want to develop and incorporate it. It's true that sometimes I have to duplicate the responses to get a better result, but I'm very satisfied, thank you. I want to add that I mainly use it in Spanish, so imagine what it can do for you in the tool's native language, English.

This app is amazing and so accurate when it comes to marketing strategy, writing content, and much more. I've tried it for several days and I decided directly to opt for the tier 3 because I will use it a lot. The support is also fantastic. I was blown away by what I have been able to create with this platform in the first1hour of purchase. The user interface is intuitive - definitely the best user experience I have had in any tool that I have tried in a long time. As for support - SUPERP! I purchased Tier 1 and wanted some clarity as to what some of the offerings meant and Billy, not only provided clarity, but guided me through some of the steps that I had not yet explored. It's brilliant that ReelSights has taken the AI to the next level. Yes, some companies have created generic 'copy writing' tools, but no one (until now) has utilised AI to build a product that can drive you - and not just be driven. One thing I'd like to see (this is in all products with word or credit limits) show the date when the credits re-new so as to better mange application. Otherwise, great work Billy Tea!

This is an amazing tool.. it makes my marketing seamless. Before I had to alternate between several different tools accomplish each task. I wish I would’ve found this tool sooner. The only drawback is that I have ti enter my business details each time. I wish you could create workspaces or save the campaign info. Other than that I have 0 complaints.

This tool is great! I've been using it for a couple of clients now and it helps to simplify the brainstorming on strategies and campaigns. It's also good for writing posts with the right choice of words. The only reason I give the 4 starts is because it's missing the organization of the sessions or content. it's easy to get lost among the high-value script it generates. Maybe you guys can add a 'folder' and 'tagging' feature that makes it easier to handle all the information inside your dashboard? Hope adding this feature isn't too complicated or takes forever for the SreelSights team to make it happen. Thanks!

I rarely post on social media or send email newsletters or do other content marketing for my business because I just don't know what to say or how to customize it for each platform / audience. Had a few issues getting setup on the platform due to enterprise browser issues but contacted support and they got back to me within minutes to assist with resolving the issue, still learning the platform this week with my team and we like what we see so far

On the initial setup I was having trouble getting any response at all out of the program and even the Ai to respond to a question. I sent a message through the chat help button. Shortly after Billy responded and tried a few quick trouble shooting tips, those didn't work. So he asked if I had a few minutes to get on a zoom call, he spent time on screen share trouble shooting the problem with me until we finally found the issue. As a business owner my team and I strive for good customer service and support. Billy went above and beyond today providing amazing customer support and even sent me a couple articles later in the expanding on what we'd talked about.

Ai that takes everything you put so much effort into representing who you are from your web presence, socials and even your yt channel, then compares what your competition has to offer and creates marketing plans from social posts, video scene setting, suggestive clips to use and transcripts already written for the suggested narration. As an Executive Director of a nonprofit, I have limited time and limited funds, and I am in desperate need of help maintaining our online presence (forget about growing our audience), so I turned to AppSumo to see if there were any new AI tools out that might just fit the bill. Some fit the taco, but none fit the whole enchilada. I grabbed this deal before it closed, just in case, and thought that I would give it a try along with some other platforms. And to be honest, I hadn't even set it up yet until the co-found, Billy Tea, reached out and personally walked me through the entire software. I was truly amazed by his level of support and dedication to his product and was amazed as he revealed yet another AI "personality" to help me in my marketing efforts. My thoughts that this was just another tool for me to test out was far from the truth. It is a set of 14 different AI personalities trained for very specific tasks. By the end of our video call, he showed me how I could, with about 10 hours devoted a week to marketing: 1) Create an AI-generated monthly marketing strategy for all of my social media, blog, and marketing platforms 2) Create an AI-generated detailed breakdown of what to do each week to meet that strategy goal 3) Create an AI-generated detailed day by day posting schedule with AI-generated topic headlines 4) Create specialized social media posts (you guessed it all AI-generated) that are tailored to your brand, your audience and in the format that tracks the best for the platform and market being posted to 5) Create enough small posts (motivational quotes or Bible verses) to post around 10-12 times a day! and all would match a topic of my choosing and match my brand! 6) How to create AI-generated blog posts 7) How to create AI-generated press releases (or really anything long form) 8) Do a deep analysis on top keywords that match a topic, along with secondary, historical, contemporary, audience driven, and other connected keywords 9) AI-generated digital marketing analysis (from #8 keywords) and trend analysis (from what is popular currently) for my industry so that I can stay current, and it would give me topics to write on (which I could then put into #4 above) 10) And then there is the YouTube section. There is just way to much to go into here. But, let's just say that you can take a video of a topic you are passionate about, or from your competitor, or that is trending right now and have the AI generate a script for you, show you comments on the video, and even show you comments that haven't been replied to (so that way you can reply and build your audience)! This isn't just one tool, it is as if I now have a team of 14 different marketers who are specialized in their own area and all I have to do is tell them what to research, and within seconds, hours or days worth of research is done and presented and relevant information given. I can now skip the writer's block, skip the researching, skip the distracted/sidetracked/unproductive scrolling on social media, skip the pulling of the first draft out and go straight to the content generated and changing it to meet the desired outcome of what I want and making sure the information is accurate and in my voice. Do I wish that I still had a marketing team to do this? Yes. But, this tool is proving to be able to give me back 30 hours of my work week and help me not only maintain my social media accounts but possibly even start expanding them and my audience! Now, as I stated at the beginning, there are some cons ❌ to the system. 1) The system is complicated. There is a lot going on there, and for some who are not as tech-savvy or have a mental block when it comes to social media content creation, there isn't much here to help them overcome those barriers. You may easily get overwhelmed, which leads to #2. 2) The UI and layout are not horrible, but they could really use some work to help those who are less technologically minded. The layout is clean and the colors used are not garish or hard on the eyes. Good for a content creation site. But, there are a lot of text boxes and data prompts, and the results are laid out in a way that is not as easy to understand. 📈 Room for Growth All in all, I am happy, and there is definitely room for growth. This team seems very passionate about what they are doing. They have a solid product here. And many different features that they can build out to make it a major contender in their industry. For instance, I'd love to see their team setup the ability to schedule the content to post to the social platforms from within ReelSights instead of me having to copy the text and headlines and all over to another platform for scheduling. Integration would also then bring in the ability for their AI to gain insights into follower interactions (which posts do they like more) and thus generate better content. 5 Tacos, team ReelSights, and the whole enchilada. I am routing for you, and not just because I have a lifetime deal for the service ;-)
